    A: It all starts with an appointment made in person, by email, phone or fax. On the day of the appointment I will arrive at your home or office and perform the required service or take the car with me to a garage to perform the service there.

    A: I mainly provide service in Northern Virginia but will consider going to other nearby localities.

  • Q: Who performs the actual work?
    A: All work is performed by Mani Zahadat the owner of Personal Mechanix.

  • Q: Do I need to be available at the time of the appointment?
    A: No. I will perform the required service as long as I have access to the vehicle.

  • Q: How do I pay you?
    A: If you are present when I finish work, I appreciate payment at that time. I can send you a bill by e-mail. You can pay by cash, check or credit card.

  • Q: What are Personal Mechanix Yearly Plans?
    A: Yearly plans are a convenient way for individuals or groups to use my services. They have a set price and a duration of one year. For more information, click here.

  • Q: What does your 100% satisfaction guarantee mean?
    A: It means that if you feel you were not treated fairly I will do everything I can to make you happy, including returning your money if you have already paid for the service.
